After Letting Go, Move On

Here's the catch, once you've let go, move forward. There's no room for looking back. Past is past. You can try reminiscing about the good times, but as much as possible, try not to. I realized that moving on becomes harder when people keep on looking back on the memories, be it good or bad. So better yet, stop. Just stop.

So how are you going to start moving on then? I honestly do not know. I guess that depends on you. If throwing  memorabilia would make you feel good, then do so. If crying would lead you to moving on, cry 'til your last tear drops. If moving to another place will help you, then go. If meeting new people or having new activity will help you, just do it. As long as it will help you move forward, do not hesitate to do so.

But you know what's the best thing to do? Pamper yourself. You've read it right, pamper yourself! Indulge in whatever that would make you happy. Stop thinking about anybody else or worry about something, just enjoy. Be with yourself. Do not be harsh on yourself. Love yourself to the fullest! Fulfill your dreams, your heart's desires. ^_^

Yes Pam, you are absolutely right, life is beautiful, let us enjoy it to the fullest. let us now dwell in our past, let us leave yesterday behind. Do not be afraid to move forward with faith in our heart. Today, let us face the new challenges of life for a better tomorrow.

God bless you.

I agree with most of the suggestions. When consolidated, all those suggestions lead to making a new memory now for your to look back on para next time, 'yung so-called pampering times mo ang matatandaan mo at natabunan na ang mga emo moments.

@random student: korek. agree agree ako dyan. making a lot of good memories now (in your words, pampering moments) is the best thing to do para matabunan yung mga not so good memories in the past. ^_^

btw, thanks for dropping by. ^_^

Yes, Pam. A simple text messaging or clicking "like" on the status of the person (Facebook jargon) when you can't be available for your loved one are enough to steer moments into memorable moments territory. Ikaw, what was the latest memorable gesture that you made for your loved one/s?

Random student: hmm. latest gesture i did for my loved ones? i guess the fact that i remember them everyday, the time i take to text them even in my busiest sched., those simple but meaningful stuff are just some of the many things i try to do to keep my loved ones feel loved by me and to be able to create wonderful memories as well.:)
